Booking, registration deadline and cancellation

How to book

Booking is online on the booking page: choose a room preference, state any diet or allergies, enter your details and pay by card via Stripe. Places are limited; the order of paid bookings decides.

Date and deadline

Current date: 8–11 November 2026 (Sunday to Wednesday). This is the only date currently offered. Registration closes on 1 November 2026. The Campus usually runs twice a year; the September 2026 date was sold out.

Cancellation

Cancellation is possible in text form, for example by e-mail to team@skn-campus.com. What counts is when the notice arrives.

  • Up to 30 days before the start: free of charge, full refund
  • 29 to 14 days before the start: 50 % of the price
  • From 13 days before the start, or no-show: 100 % of the price

Naming a replacement participant is possible by arrangement. If the organiser cancels the event, the full amount is refunded. The binding rules are in the Terms and the Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy.
