For parents and guardians
Players aged 16 and 17 are welcome at the SKN Excellence Campus. This page collects everything parents and legal guardians need to prepare the trip.
Supervision
Minors are supervised by staff throughout the day.
Can parents come along?
Yes. Parents are welcome to watch the trial match against the SKN St. Pölten first team. Parents can also travel with their child at their own cost; they stay in a separate hotel, not in the players’ accommodation.
Booking and consent
- A parent or legal guardian makes the booking and concludes the contract in their own name.
- The consent form is sent to the guardian for signature and must reach the organiser at least 14 days before the start.
- Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the start — see booking and cancellation.
What is taken care of
- Supervision of minors by staff throughout the day
- Accommodation and full board with drinks for all four days
- Physiotherapy and medical care on site during the training programme
- Special diets (vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, gluten-free, lactose-free); allergies are passed to the kitchen
- The transfer from Vienna airport or St. Pölten station, included in the price — see travel and arrival
Checklist before departure
- Valid passport or ID card for your child; check visa requirements early if you are not from the EU/EEA/Switzerland
- Signed consent form sent to the organiser (at least 14 days before the start)
- A consent letter for the journey if your child travels without you
- Health insurance card (for EU citizens the European Health Insurance Card) and accident and travel insurance — arranged by the participant
- Any regular medication, with a short note on dosage; allergies stated at booking
- Emergency contact numbers written down, not only stored on the phone
- Flight or train details sent to team@skn-campus.com for the transfer
