The four days at the SKN Excellence Campus
The SKN Excellence Campus runs over four intensive days, 8–11 November 2026 (Sunday to Wednesday), at the training centre of SKN St. Pölten in Austria. Every day combines work on the pitch with analysis and education off it. Every session is filmed.
The programme runs from 08:00 to 18:00 each day — see a day at the Campus.
1 · Analysis and profiling
Day one starts with an honest assessment of where each player stands — athletically, as a footballer and as a person.
- Athletic analysis
- Football analysis, live and on video
- Personality profiling
- Career presentation: each player leaves with material for their own career presentation
2 · Athletic training
Strength, speed and mobility — and the recovery that keeps players on the pitch for all four days.
- Athletics
- Yoga
- Physiotherapy
- Kickboxing
3 · Football training
Talent is not enough; the work has to be done every single day. The football sessions focus on:
- Technique under pressure
- 1v1 and street soccer
- Standout qualities and the individual X-factor
- Position-specific game understanding
4 · Seminars and lectures
Becoming a professional does not only happen on the pitch. The seminars cover everything a football career rests on:
- Top talent coaching
- Health and nutrition
- Personality coaching and mental training
- Law and finance
5 · The trial match
On the final day comes the trial match against the professionals of SKN St. Pölten, on their pitch. A place in that team is earned during the four days — see trial match and scouts.
What every player takes home
Every player receives video material and a match analysis of themselves, including a strengths-and-weaknesses analysis.
