Accommodation and food
Rooms
When booking, every participant states a room preference. All room types cost the same; the preference does not change the price.
- Triple room — 3 beds, on the campus itself, next to the pitches
- Double room — 2 beds
- Single room — 1 bed
Preferences are met in the order bookings arrive. Single and double rooms may be in a hotel nearby; in that case the organiser arranges and pays for daily transport to the campus and back. Which applies depends on availability and is confirmed before the start.
Food
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included every day, with drinks. At booking participants can choose a diet:
- Vegetarian
- Vegan
- Halal
- Kosher
- Gluten-free
- Lactose-free
Allergies and intolerances can also be stated; they are used only for catering and passed to the kitchen.
