Terms & Conditions (Booking Terms)

§ 1 Provider and Scope

The provider and contracting party is Doppelweiss GmbH, Meddenwarf 1, 22457 Hamburg, Germany (HRB 166450, Amtsgericht Hamburg; hereinafter the “Organizer”). These terms apply to all bookings of the Intensive Week made through the Organizer’s website. The event takes place at the campus of SKN St. Pölten in St. Pölten, Austria; SKN St. Pölten is the sporting partner and venue, but not a contracting party of the participant.

§ 2 Subject Matter of the Contract

The subject matter of the contract is participation in the one-week training and coaching event “Sports Excellence Campus — Intensive Week” held in St. Pölten (Austria), in partnership with SKN St. Pölten. Date of the advertised week: 28 September – 2 October 2026.

Included in the price:

the full training, analysis and coaching programme of the week as described on the website
use of pitches, dressing rooms and the seminar room at Campus St. Pölten
physiotherapy and medical care on site during the training programme
training kit and jersey
a video and photo package (career presentation, scouting clips)
drinks and snacks pitchside during the training programme
breakfast and lunch on every training day
participation in the closing trial match against the SKN St. Pölten first team

Not included:

accommodation
dinner and meals outside the programme
travel to and from the venue
the participant’s health, accident and liability insurance

Bookable packages. The description above applies to the full campus package (€6,000 gross). Alternatively the striker training module (€360 gross) can be booked: a 75-minute session on one training day covering finishing, running paths and shooting under pressure, led by the coaching staff, including use of the pitch and dressing room for that module. For this module, all other sessions of the week, the seminars, the analysis and video package, participation in the trial match, as well as meals, accommodation, travel and insurance are not included. The booking confirmation states which package was booked.

Participants arrange and pay for accommodation and travel themselves. On request the Organizer will suggest places to stay near the Campus, but acts neither as an agent nor as a tour operator in doing so.

§ 3 Conclusion of the Contract

The presentation on the website does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to book. By clicking the “Book with obligation to pay” button and completing the payment process, the participant submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the booking by the Organizer (at the latest upon confirmation of payment). The number of places is limited; the order of paid bookings is decisive.

§ 4 Prices and Value Added Tax

The participation fee is €6,000 incl. statutory value added tax per person and week for the full campus package, and €360 incl. statutory value added tax for the striker training module (each a final price). The amount is a total price within the meaning of the German Price Indication Ordinance; no further costs arise for the services listed as included in § 2. The place of supply for tax purposes is the event venue, Campus St. Pölten (Austria). Business customers with a valid EU VAT ID may, on request, be invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure.

§ 5 Payment

Payment is made at the time of booking via the payment service provider Stripe. The price is due immediately upon booking (payment in advance). The Organizer does not receive any payment data (card number, etc.); this is processed exclusively by Stripe. Information on data processing can be found in our Privacy Policy.

§ 6 Dates, Delivery, and Cancellation by the Organizer

The Organizer holds the Intensive Week on the announced date (typically twice a year; next date 28 September – 2 October 2026). There is no minimum number of participants; the event does not depend on a minimum number of bookings. If the Organizer cancels the event for good cause (e.g., force majeure, loss of the venue), any amount already paid will be refunded in full; further claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law. Cancellation will be announced as early as possible, at the latest 14 days before the start, provided the reason already exists at that time. The Organizer reserves the right to change the schedule, instructors, or individual program items for good reason, provided the overall character of the service is preserved.

§ 7 Withdrawal and Cancellation by the Participant

Withdrawal prior to the start of the event is possible in text form (e.g., by email to campus@doppelweiss.com). The decisive point in time is when the notice reaches the Organizer. The following cancellation scale applies:

up to 30 days before the start: free of charge, full refund
29–14 days before the start: 50 % of the price
from 13 days before the start, or in case of no-show: 100 % of the price

The participant remains free to prove that no loss, or a significantly lower loss, was incurred. Naming a substitute participant is possible by arrangement. The relationship to any right of withdrawal is governed by the Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy.

§ 8 Participation Requirements and Minors

Participation requires adequate health and athletic fitness; the participant confirms that they are medically fit for sport. If the participant is a minor, the booking is made by a parent or legal guardian, who concludes the contract in their own name on behalf of the minor and authorizes their participation. The Organizer may request proof of this consent. The minimum age for participation is 16 (age on the first day of the event is decisive). For minors, the Organizer requires written consent from a parent or legal guardian before the start of the event, together with an emergency contact number reachable during the event. The participant is themselves responsible for adequate insurance coverage (e.g., health, accident, and liability insurance).

§ 9 Liability

The Organizer is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, and in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of ordinary negligence, the Organizer is liable only for the breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability is otherwise excluded. Mandatory statutory liability (e.g., under the Product Liability Act) remains unaffected.

§ 10 Photo and Video/Audio Recordings

Photo, video and audio recordings are made during the event for training and analysis purposes; they form part of the contractual service (career presentation, scouting clips). For any use beyond that, for advertising or publicity, the Organizer obtains separate consent that can be withdrawn at any time — from a parent or legal guardian in the case of minors. Without that consent, no publication takes place.

§ 11 Applicable Law, Jurisdiction, Dispute Resolution

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the participant’s country of residence remain unaffected. The Organizer is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 12 Final Provisions

Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Amendments and additions must be made in text form.
